I do my best to research what I post, and to give as fair and straightforward a review as possible, based upon actual testing. I do, however, express my opinions regarding the things I test as well as the raw data, because how a customer feels about a product is also important information a manufacturer should know.
I am, however, only human. I do make the occasional error. If you find that I have made one regarding your product, simply contact me and calmly, politely, and civilly explain your issue. I will be glad to re-examine anything you feel is a mistake. If it is genuinely erroneous, you will receive a retraction.
If, however, you don’t come to ME about it, or if you are nasty, mean, or insulting, I reserve the right to become most intransigent.
I also do not change my opinions about products if you offer me special favors, offer to carry my products in your store for free, flatter me, make me your friend, or buy my stuff. They are what they are, even if you offer to rub my feet.
